Nominations open for Finance, Audit & Risk Committee

To strengthen Lacrosse Australia’s (LA) governance structure and processes, LA is now calling for nominations from suitable candidates to join the LA Finance, Audit and Risk (FAR)
Committee.

Potential nominees are urged to view the LA FAR Committee Terms of Reference (TOR) before applying.

LA is currently seeking nominations from individuals with qualifications, experience or knowledge regarding:

* Accounting rules and guidelines.
* Financial management incorporate and/or non-profit organisation/business.
* Audit expertise or experience.
* Understanding of risk management.
* Understanding of governance.
* Certified Practicing Accountant or Chartered Accountant or equivalent (desirable).
* Understanding or experience of NFP Financials.
* Understanding of Australian Accounting Standards.
* Feel comfortable reviewing a set of financial statements.
* Confidence to ask supplementary questions until properly satisfied.
