AUSTRALIAN OFFICIALS SELECTED FOR 2018 FIL MEN’S  WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

The Australian Lacrosse Association is proud to announce the team of 13 Australians that have been accepted by the Federation of International Lacrosse as officials for the 2018 FIL Men’s World Lacrosse Championship in July.

This group will be part of the international officiating team that will manage the games of the 2018 World Championship in Netanya, Israel.  With over 45 teams nominated, it will be the largest international lacrosse event ever seen.

Dennis Mulroney, Australian Referee in Chief, said: “These officials have been selected from a strong field of candidates from across the country and it is pleasing to see a good cross section of representation from each state.”

“The conditions at this event will be challenging, and the task is demanding but I am confident that these officials are prepared and able to perform at the level required.”
