GIRLS MAKE YOUR MOVE

.
.

On the 28th of February this year, the Minister for Health, Aged Care and Sport, the Hon Sussan Ley MP, launched the Girls Make Your Move campaign, which aims to encourage and support young women to be physically active.

The response to this campaign has been overwhelmingly positive and therefore today (April 14), the Australian Government Department of Health through the Population Health and Sport Division, launched the GIRLS MAKE YOUR MOVE SUPPORTERS TOOLKIT. The toolkit provides free resources to compliment own promotions while also supporting the initiative.

The Supporters Toolkit can be found via the Get Involved page of the campaign website, www.australia.gov.au/girlsmove and provides infographics, posters, images, web badges and social media content in support of the campaign. Organisations and clubs who share the visions and values of the campaign are encouraged to use the Girls Make Your Move Supporters Toolkit.

Another addition to the Get Involved page is the Events page where upcoming events featuring the Girls Make Your Move campaign will be listed as well as photos from previous events.
